Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Every order comes with a tracking number.

United States

Cost: free on every order.
Processing: 1–3 business days to pack your order.
Delivery: usually 7–12 business days after it ships.

Prices on US orders already include import duties, so there's nothing extra to pay when the package arrives.

Canada, Australia and New Zealand

Cost: free on orders of $49 and up, $6.95 on smaller orders.
Processing: 1–3 business days to pack your order.
Delivery: usually 10–20 business days after it ships.

Prices are in US dollars. Your bank or card converts the amount to your currency.

Canada: GST/HST and a carrier handling fee may be charged when the package arrives. They're set by the Canadian government and the carrier, and they aren't included in our prices.

Australia and New Zealand: there's usually nothing extra to pay when the package arrives.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also check it any time on our Track order page with your order number and email.

Late or missing package

If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days (45 days for Canada, Australia and New Zealand), contact us. We'll send a replacement or refund you.
