30-day returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Write to us with your order number, and we'll send the return address and the next steps.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Send us a photo or a short video within 30 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement or refund you in full. Most of the time you won't need to send anything back.

12-month battery warranty

If the built-in battery stops holding a charge within 12 months of delivery with normal use, we'll replace the light at no cost. Send us your order number and a short video that shows the problem.

The warranty covers the battery and charging. It doesn't cover drops, water damage (unless the product page says the light is rated for damp areas), or lost parts.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
